Shipping Information
FREE, discreet, and stress-free shipping—because surprises should be fun, not embarrassing!
Shipping Timelines: We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed in 3–5 business days and shipped in discreet packaging. Delivery times vary by location. These timelines are indicative and subject to carrier constraints and other circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
We ship all orders via third-party delivery partners (including Shiprocket) with secure, unbranded packaging within 24 hours.
Some products may contain rechargeable batteries or button cells. The shipping method may vary to ensure safety and good condition of the products. Therefore, shipping time for those Products may vary from the above timelines
We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted.
Delivery
Timelines: Our minimum delivery timeline is 1 day (within Bangalore) and our maximum delivery timeline is 5 days (across India). This timeline is only indicative and delays may be caused due to carrier constraints or other circumstances out of our control.
We ship to serviceable Indian PIN codes only.
You must be available for carrier pickup within the scheduled window.
In case you receive a damaged product from our side and wish to return the same, two failed pickups for the return may result in case closure until you contact support to reschedule and the third delivery attempt may be charged by us.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the first delivery attempt at the address provided by you. Upon successful delivery confirmation (signature/OTP/scan), title and risk pass to you.
Rush Delivery: Need it ASAP? Choose Rush Delivery at checkout for arrival in less than 2 days `(for eligible locations). Please note that this timeline is only indicative and delays may be caused due to carrier constraints or other circumstances out of our control.
Standard delivery times vary by location and other external factors (we promise we won’t keep you waiting longer than necessary!).
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details—because anticipation is half the fun!
Undelivered articles: If the carrier marks the shipment undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the parcel may be Returned to Origin (RTO). On RTO, we will either (i) reship on request against actual two-way shipping charges, or (ii) cancel and refund after deducting actual two-way shipping charges, unless the RTO was due to ATOG/carrier error.
Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or part-consumed items. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once shipped or delivered, except where required by law or in the rare event of delivery errors or product issues solely attributable to Us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix it fast. Email us at- support_atog@atog.in with your Order ID, issue description and attach photos or a video showing the issue along the intact labels and bill.
We will issue a unique ID and provide pickup or drop-off instructions. Returns without the said ID may be refused. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process otherwise we may reject claims that do not meet these conditions.
On receipt of the above, we may perform a functional check. If the issue is confirmed,
- In case of defective or damaged products, we shall provide replacement, full refund of the same amount;
- In case of a manufacturing defect, we may offer repair or replacement and
- In case of a mis-shipment , we may have the correct item shipped at no cost. If the stock is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or a gift card at your choice.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returns are not acceptable for:
- Opened, tried and used items failing hygiene checks;
- damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or incompatible chargers/cleaners;
- Products purchased on final sale, bundles, with free items or promotional offers
- missing original packaging/tags or accessories due to customer disposal, and
- cosmetic damage to packaging.
Exchange Policy
If the product is unopened and unused, it can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If approved, return and re-shipping fees apply unless we made an error.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for approved returns due to defects, damage, or wrong items received.
After inspection and approval of the return, refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees; if that’s not possible, store credit may be provided.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel until the order status shows “Ready to Ship.” After handover to the carrier, a cancellation will be treated as a return and an actual two-way shipping charge will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded to you, unless the issue is attributable to ATOG
